Runways and Red Carpets

I love to run around at the park and roll around in the mud, I’m a low maintenance kinda gal.  But every now and then it’s fun to get dressed up, hit the red carpet and have my photo taken.

This fabulousness doesn’t happen without the help of my glam squad.

This week I was invited to attend the Hachi Melbourne store opening.  Hachi is Australia’s first pet boutique and it is perfect for all of those high fashion pups out there.

Some of the dazzling outfits available at Hachi.

I was lucky enough to be dressed in head to toe Hachi for the event.

Nothing says style like a Sausage Dog in a red knit, pink shirt, grey skirt ensemble.

Just when I thought the look was complete, out came the bling.  I was given a matching Swarovski crystal collar and leash to wear.  My human let me know that we’d have to return it at the end of the night so it was pretty important that I keep in mind that it wasn’t one of my chew toys.

This must be how Kimmy K feels when Cartier lend her jewellery for a red carpet.

I was ready to strut my stuff down the red carpet and mingle with my furiends.

Can you spot my security guard in the background?  He was there to guard my valuable jewels.

I love your hair ladies! How did you get such great volume?

After my red carpet walk, it was time to pose for some photos.

Did you get my good side?

Now I know models aren’t supposed to eat before a runway show but the Mummy & Maya pupcakes were too tempting to resist.

Then it was time for the main event, the fashion parade. I’d never walked down a dogwalk before so I was a little bit nervous.

After I was done, they weren’t calling it a catwalk any more!

For all of the Melbourne pups reading this, you can find Haci at 3/286 Toorak Road, South Yarra or at
